We have a partnership with a well trusted and experienced company in Marrakech to manage all aspects of your property rental.  We are also working with a leading UK tour operator to secure a guaranteed amount of reservations and we will keep you updated with our progress.

We have sourced from a local Bank, BMCI (Banque Marocaine du Commerce et de l'Industrie), the ability to have a stage payment mortgage for up to the standard maximum of 60% of the value of the property. This means that once you have raised your deposit (minimum 40%) and any additional fees, you can have the mortgage to pay the remainder required for your villa.

All the valuations are produced by independent valuers and are based on similar properties within the area.

We work with a local designer to offer you the option to select from a full range of furnishings to finish your villa to a high standard, including beds, linen, cutlery, LCD televisions etc.
